Overlooking the San Francisco Bay, Genesis Marina is a state-of-the-art biotech campus designed to inspire innovation and foster a connection to nature. Featuring breathtaking waterfront views, outdoor spaces, and a collaborative environment, it offers a dynamic setting for both established and emerging life science companies.
Located between San Francisco and Silicon Valley, Genesis Marina sits in the heart of the world’s largest biotech hub. Designed as a multi-tenant campus, it provides 500,000 square feet of laboratory, office, dining, and recreation spaces, with flexible layouts that allow tenants to customize their research environments. Built for sustainability, it is the world’s first project to earn TRUE Construction Gold certification for waste reduction and resource efficiency.

Positioned on Sierra Point and visible from Highway 101, the campus embraces its natural setting with expansive bay views, terraces, and wind-shielded courtyards. A ceramic frit façade enhances solar control, creating a dynamic visual effect that shifts between opacity and transparency.

A central courtyard and cascading social spaces bring people together, complemented by green spaces and public art. Tenants have access to a conference center, café, dining options, and a fitness center opening onto the bayfront. Additionally, the campus expands the San Francisco Bay Trail, adding a quarter-mile segment to this 500-mile waterfront path. By blending cutting-edge design with sustainability and community engagement, Genesis Marina is redefining the biotech workplace.
